IKITSUKE 由山本顯子（共同代表兼總店長）和山本幸正（共同代表兼品牌總監）夫婦於2018年12月創立於東京都世田谷區赤堤。兩人過去都在日本知名的選品店累積豐富經驗，以敏銳而細膩的眼光，打造出貼近居民日常的時尚品牌。
IKITSUKE 品牌名稱融合了「粋な着付け（有品味的穿搭）」與「街のイキツケ（常去的地方）」兩種意涵，希望透過輕鬆且不刻意張揚的服飾風格，成為每位顧客日常生活中喜歡且時常造訪的品牌。
品牌核心概念「穏やかな自己主張」，其意境可理解為：「不追求誇張耀眼，但也絕不平庸無趣；穿起來自在、剪裁優美，剛好展現出自己舒服的樣子。」IKITSUKE 正是以這樣的心情出發，設計並精選每一件商品。
從世田谷區赤堤的第一家店舖開始，IKITSUKE 一直堅持「透過貼心的溝通與互動，了解每位顧客的需求」，不刻意追逐流行，反而以貼合當地居民生活環境、簡約卻又不失品味的商品，逐步建立起深厚的客群。目前已在京王線沿線擁有三家店鋪：下高井戶本店、笹塚店和上北澤店。

The brand name itself beautifully blends "Iki-na Kitsuke" (elegant dressing) and "Machi-no Ikitsuke" (a favourite local spot), signifying clothes designed not just to be worn, but treasured daily.
